Delete Temporary Internet Files

This process can be done on other browsers but I am addressing Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 and older.

Open Internet Explorer

Click on Tools

Then on Internet Options…

On the General tab, click on Delete Files…  (NOT DELETE COOKIES)

If you get the next dialog be sure and check the box next to Delete all offline content.

Then click on OK

There isn’t a nice thermometer or anything to tell you the progress.  The only sure way you will know it is done is when you can click on OK
