The Philosophy Behind It All
There are few guarantees in life but one I can offer
is that I AM going to give you the truth...even when I know you
aren't going to like it.
The culture and attitude you experience when dealing with any company is
generally a direct reflection of culture and attitude from the top down.
I'm at the top and here are my feelings (my wife calls it a rant).
First, I never forget that I am a consumer too. I know how I want to be
treated. I know that I am not treated that way in too many cases.
Customer service and blatant, painful honesty are dead in too many
businesses. I almost hesitate to use the term "customer service" because
it has been so abused but do so to insure that we are talking about the same concept.
You are not going to always like the information you get because it is not
going to always fit with the concept you have. That's where Spinochio
diverges from the pack. We are going to tell you the truth even when we
know you won't like it. If it costs us a customer then it
costs us a customer. I would rather lose you as a customer than have to
try and back-peddle over some lie or half truth you were given.
